I was given the name Orange Girl while at art school for driving my 1973 orange superbeetle, dying my hair orange and wearing orange everyday.

I love to capture the moments & genuine emotion present on a wedding day in a way that you can be reminded about how your day felt in the years to follow. I believe photographs get more valuable as time passes so my style is crisp, clean colour that is timeless. My love for the mountains inspires my life daily and I feel lucky to get to photograph couples who travel from near & far to say I do in such a stunning setting.

I have been photographing weddings since 2001 and I have been lucky to live in the mountains since 2004. I graduated from the Alberta College of Art's 4 year photography program before heading to San Francisco & New York for 10 years to work with fashion photographers and exhibit my fine art work. A friend asked me to photograph their wedding and from that day onward I knew immediately that was what I wanted to dedicate my life to.

I'd love the opportunity to meet for coffee in the mountains to chat more about your day!

We are lucky to meet couples who come from all over the world to hold their wedding in the Canadian Rocky Mountains. Wedding couples often asked us about our favourite places and things to do in the mountains and we have always been excited to share what we love about living here.

It's important to us that every couple get the most out of their time in the mountains. That passion inspired us to create a guide to give couples a place to find everything they need to create a memorable wedding for themselves and an experience for the loved ones that travel to celebrate alongside with them that they will cherish for a lifetime.
