Fiona & Ryan's Banff Gondola wedding was epic! They treated their wedding party to a ride around Banff in the Open Top vintage style bus for photos which I loved. Guests arrived in style by getting to take the Banff gondola to the top of Sulphur Mountain for the ceremony with 360 degree views to take in. The reception was held in the beautiful Sky Bistro which has floor to ceiling mountain views and we were all gifted a gorgeous view of a mountain sunset right from our tables.

Choosing to get married at The Banff Gondola was particularly meaningful because it was also the place where Ryan proposed to Fiona. It was an amazing way to share their love of Banff with the loved ones who had travelled to be with them.

I typically expect cold winds & snow in October but since we had gotten that out of the way for our Calgary Engagement Session we were instead treated to sunshine and a gorgeous blue sky day.

Fiona and Ryan are the kind of couple who make everyone feel welcomed and cared for. Their kindness is lovely to be around. I especially loved getting to witness just how much they adore each other and how quick they are to laugh in each other's company. I was thrilled they were able to have the mountain wedding they dreamed of because their deep love for family & friends was obvious.
