I knew from our engagement session in Banff together that Kurtis & Steph's wedding was going to be fun and it did not disappoint! They surrounded themselves with an incredible group of people who travelled from London, Dubai and all over the world to celebrate with them. Their wedding party was a really fun and nice group of people who made the day a joy. Kurtis & Steph planned their day together and I don't think I've ever seen a day run more on time. In fact the bride was at the church ready to walk down the aisle before all of her guests arrived and she spent the time waiting dancing it out in the limo in front of the church. Kurtis & Steph got married in the prettiest church in Banff and I LOVED their exit as the church bells rang above for them. A bagpiper led them all into dinner at the beautiful newly renovated Bison in downtown Banff where this group came ready to dance and I got to enjoy quite possibly my favourite piece of chocolate cake ever. I share Kurtis & Steph's love of Royal Wood's music and was thrilled to hear that their first dance was to "I'm so glad" a perfectly fitting song for their day. Kurtis & Steph saw Royal Wood twice this year and it's up for consideration to see him a third time while on their honeymoon but the drive-in movie theatre is competing for their attention too. Thank you Steph & Kurtis for your kindness and a really fun day!
