Silvertip Resort offers stunning views from their private gazebo and lots of options for your indoor wedding. They can accommodate both intimate weddings and larger weddings with guests up to 220 people.
Silvertip's private gazebo can be rented for your private outdoor ceremony and offers stunning views for your guests. You are also permitted to personalize the gazebo with flowers and decorations if desired. Silvertip provids white folding chairs. They can also set up a water station and champagne toast for your wedding ceremony.
Located in the quiet Three Sisters neighbourhood in Canmore Stewart Creek offers a private experience from mid October through until April. Their indoor ceremony space can accommodate up to 100 guests and has big beautiful windows that allow in natural light or weather permitting you can get married on their outdoor deck. In 2019 Stewart Creek added an outdoor covered tent available for ceremonies.
Cornerstone Theatre can accommodate up to 200 guests for both your ceremony and reception. Their in-house wedding coordinators will work with you to pick your ceremony location, decor and lighting so you can focus on the small details knowing they have the big stuff taken care of for you.
Cornerstone Theatre gives you the option to add-on a Candy or Popcorn bar which they will take care of for you.
Cornerstone Theatre offers an in-house photo booth that can be added on to capture photos of your guests during your reception.
Creekside Villa has 12 guest rooms that can accommodate up to 40 guests in-house and can host up to 70 wedding guests. They offer an outdoor and indoor ceremony option both on-site. They also offer an elopement package (Monday thru Thursday) with everything needed for your day for up to 15 guests.
Where the Buffalo Roam Saloon
Located right on Main Street in Canmore you'll find the stylish Where the Buffalo Roam Saloon known for their handcrafted cocktails and delicious food. The perfect spot for couples who are looking for a cocktail style reception for their intimate modern wedding.
Quarry Lake is a popular outdoor ceremony spot that has stunning mountain views. Guests need to be informed that there is only an outhouse on site and parking is extremely limited on sunny days when families take to swimming in Quarry Lake below the ceremony spot. Quarry Lake can be booked through the Town of Canmore for your wedding ceremony.
Rundleview Parkette is located across the street from Quarry on a quiet suburban street with mountain views. There are no facilities on site and parking is limited so let your guests know in advance so they are prepared. Rundleview Parkette can be booked through the Town of Canmore for your wedding ceremony.
The Iron Goat
The Iron Goat is a popular pub in Canmore with a big beautiful patio and large windows. You can hold your ceremony outside or indoors and receptions are commonly held upstairs.
If you are looking for something adventurous, totally private and unique for your mountain elopement then book a Heli Elopement with Alpine Helicopters. You will be flown up to the top of a mountain for a totally private ceremony with opportunities for photos before taking a tour of the mountains in your helicopter as Mr & Mrs.
Canmore Miners' Union Hall located in the heart of downtown Canmore is one of the few historical buildings left in Canmore. It was built by volunteers who started it in 1910 and completed it in 1913. It has been recently been reinvented with substantial improvements to the kitchen and bathrooms. It's an amazingly affordable option in Canmore.
