Park Distillery on Banff Avenue is one of our favourite places to Eat in Banff so we are really excited that they also offer the option to book the space for weddings & rehearsal dinners. If good food & drinks is high on your priority list for your wedding reception then Park Distillery has a lot to offer. Their campfire inspired food with wood-fired spit-roasted meats (don't worry they have yummy options for the vegans on your guestlist too!) and a playful take on a campfire s'more including a smoldering cedar strip that smells amazing is delicious. I love that guests get to make their meal selection on the wedding night so there is no time consuming pre-ordering required. Park Distillery makes their own vodka, gin and rye right in Banff National Park and they use their spirits to create their signature house drinks. You can even order mini bottles as wedding favours for your guests with the option to add custom tags with your wedding date & logo or message.
Park's service is exceptional with attentive & friendly staff that have been with Park since the day they opened.
For a totally private experience you can book out the entire venue which will accommodate up to 180 seated guests or 250 guests for a cocktail style reception. Additionally there is the option to book out a semi-private room for smaller groups. There are 4 options for smaller groups;

The Library for up to 42 guests
The Guides Room & Library for up to 76 guests

Guests were kept happy with a variety of passed appetizers throughout cocktail hour so they could visit, drink & eat before sitting down to a delicious dinner.
When guests were invited to sit down for dinner there were ample cheese & charcuterie plates on every table. No risk of hangry wedding guests at Park!
I love the stylish custom drink & food menus throughout Park so guests know what to look forward to.
A playful decadent take on a campfire s'more as a dessert option for wedding guests.
Park has a giant screen that drops down from the ceiling so you can play wedding slideshows for all of your guests to enjoy.
New Soul Duo played this night with live cover music. The dance floor was set up right next to the bar so it didn't divide the party.
