With family from British Columbia & Nova Scotia Jess and Joey wanted to find a place to invite their closest loved ones that had a beautiful outdoor location where they could spend time with everyone. Banff became the perfect choice. Jess and Joey have a busy work life so they contacted Julie from Rocky Mountain Weddings to plan their mountain wedding for them. They chose my favourite outdoor ceremony location in Banff. Tunnel Mountain Meadow gave guests stunning views to take in and I could hear their guests saying wow as they walked through the trees into the meadow.

With rain in the forecast Jess and Joey were given a beyond beautiful day. It poured rain the following two days so I felt extra thankful for the stunning day.

I absolutely LOVED that Jess and Joey found ways to include their rescue dog Franklin in their reception decor.

We were gifted with so many incredible wildlife sightings while driving around for photos on Jess & Joey's wedding day! We saw a fox running, elk, a big herd of big horned sheep and this sweet new family swimming in Vermilion Lakes.

Jess & Joey's rescue dog Franklin is a big part of their lives. Since Franklin couldn't travel to be present at the wedding with them Jess & Joey set up this adorable Pet Favour station.

Jess & Joey wanted to include their dog Franklin on their cake. Franklin was depicted making a mess of the cake on the back.
