Historic St. George-in-the-Pines Anglican church began in 1889 and is the oldest public building that has been in continuous use in Banff.
The handcrafted alter and stunning stain glass windows really make this treasure a unique church. It is the prettiest church in Banff.
If you get married at St. George-in-the-Pines I really love the way the church directs the couple to a side room so guests can gather outside to welcome the couple as they exit the church with bells ringing. It's the best wedding exit I have experienced.
